This house reminds me of Hawthorne's "The House of the Seven Gables." I can only imagine what it would be like to able to build a summer house that looks like this! Anyway, it is not in great repair now, but still is so interesting. I would love to see the inside sometime--maybe do some interiors. This was the first time I ever saw this roof when it didn't have at least one gull sitting on the chimney.
